Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Great working place for experienced not for those who join as freshers. Very minimal knowledge that a fresher would gain, not enough trainings, majorly business oriented least at knowledge transfer. Salaries are the best there, that is the reason it is good for experienced who can demand for their role, but not for those who joined as freshers as they can't demand for better salaries after 2yrs as the person has not gained any technical knowledge. Managerial behaviour and employee relations are very good, one has to look for better role or a package before joining....Read More

Not enough trainings and technical exposure to associates who joined as freshers. Even after 2 years, he/she would be still working in a non-technical or documentation jobs.

Don't start your career here from 3 to 10 years.Freshers can utilise to start their career.

1.No use of company policies. 2.Worst salary structure especially interms of policy. 3.Two years bond even for experience people if you want to go other organisations you have to pay bond amount. 4.They are looking for low salary people to run their projects. 5.My suggest is don't stuck here in between your career. 6.Especially in covid period they requested to work Saturday's and Sundays.
