Yesterday, sapiens has laid off so many people without any official notice. Sapiens is a small company and’s they have laid off so many people without official notice Even if they have fired us, they are still hiring. Does it make sense? Israel management is doing bloodshed of Indian people. Why lay off only happened in sapiens india not in any other region.

Work culture is pathetic. They are firing people without any official notice, but no idea why they are hiring, if they want to fire people. Very bad culture not giving any hike, if you are performing well also. Useless company old technology they are using.
