Job security is depend on your manager. Even if your performance is good but if your relation is not good with manager then he will fire you within probation period. I was working with Sify 2 years and 6 months and my manager was Sitaram jaipur circle, very embarassed and bad person with his behaviour. He gives pressure to the employee always without any reason.
