I like work flexibility, culture, and agile working processes.

Dislikes

There are politics and favoritism in the team. Some people who are close to the manager are assigned only to one project for years, while others get overloaded with multiple projects again and again. Managers need to be observed as well for team project allocation. Manager behavior is also not friendly like before.

Only culture is the best thing

No job security for freshers even if you got a chance to work as a fresher you will stay at bench for 2 year for sure and if you are senior not suitable for you because team lead and manager won't listen to you in case of any escalation.
