Good learning opportunities. Conducting learning n leadership sessions for employees.

Dislikes

No proper communications with higher management, so less opportunities for experience people. Not sure about growth. No capability people hiring. So suffering existing people No strong leadership in finance also no chance for existing people to grow. Not a proper job title structure

Salary and perks are below par. Growth for individuals after 9-10 years of experience is completely owned by themselves, manager has no role in one's growth. One's assigned with products irrespective of technology expertise of the individual. Most products are owned by German and French teams, only small migrations and tasks are assigned to teams in india. Innovation is a distant term as most people have gotten into a comfort zone and they hardly think beyond their day to day activities. Since most managers or leaders are from service background, you will experience a political game played in every aspect, may it be product development or your personal growth. Most products are written in C++ or core Java. Hence the opportunity to learn the latest technologies is abysmally low....Read More
