Working at SpeEdLabs provides great opportunity to learn and grow personally and professionally as well. The seniors are quite cooperative and helping with all at work. Festival and birthday celebrations apart from team works give us opportunities to know each other better and work as a team.

Dislikes

Instead of 6 days the working days should be reduced 5 days in a week. This will give the employees more time with their families and will increase the productivity and satisfaction as well.

Great politics, Fake reviews on glassdoor by forcing existing junior level employees and new joinees. Don't waste your time whether it's investors or clients or new job seekers.

Uneducated Rajesh Jha, Mekhala sengar deepak kumar are pets of vivek varshney and vice versa. Now Rajesh is detector Mekhala and Deepak are GM And only these guys are enjoying 50k/month or above for the rest of the people they are giving 15-25k only. They are just doing big fake promises with employees and customers with full confidence and playing with careers and time of the people.

Improper communication system, employee-related issues are not resolved by the HR department on time, and the infrastructure of the company is very bad. We got our salary to let every month some it was 11 or 12 also and other department got their salary on time and this is the major issue for us,

The first thing is need to implement a strong management for all the departments. I think we should also add a well CRM system which can record all the activities of individual employees.its helpful for the company as well as it will surely increase the productivity of each employee.
