I had a very good, supportive and motivating team leader. I think Naseer Shaikh deserves loads of praise and is one of the most calm person in Sterling. He is an asset to the company.

Dislikes

No floor activities due to work load even on the days there are system issues. I complained about a male team member for harassment on multiple times however I felt it was not dealt with seriously as he was a top performer so that was real let down from the company towards me.

Everything, Upper Management hasn't managed things in past few years leading to exit of top executives, best performing managers, agents and terrible attrition rate. Worst performing interns of attrition. Mouth to mouth review of the company has gone haywire with 0 Job guarantee.
