Senior officers are not cooperative beyond you will do the more 10 hrs, immediate officers are not good as a behave

Immediate officials are never operative, whatever assignment provided by them they not guide, At time of delivery of assignment, they were submit the same assignment to higher officers/client. than they were told, you have not done any thing. I have worked more 10-11 hrs after that their is a no any appreciation from the senior officials

Slightly different from my other companies it's give some freedom for work. But the pressure is lightly difference. It's gives some adequate role's responsibilitis.
