Nothing much to describe,please dont join.The rules and the values of company are worst,they use you for a project and later when done they will through you out of company.The HR will consider the feedback on only managers not the employees.,they will try to quote as fault at and effect your career both mentally and personally.

Dislikes

No experienced workers,most of the employees are fake,dont join this company when you are from any MNC.No Jira Boards,No tracking of work.The projects are in less number.You cannot grow in this company.Waste of time here.The managers here are very amateur.

Work wise we have learning scope for testing. Good support from entire team.

Dislikes

Worst HR rules, you have to go to office like a kid by wearing shoe, formals etc which you won't feel comfirt to sit for 8hours in the office with that, and few have health issues where they need to follow few rules, and remember these rules are only for men.

Moreover the organization ensures the Job security and encourages every individual to upskill and progress in their career.

Dislikes

Compensation could be better and few certification oriented trainings could be offered by the company.

My work is analyzing the Business based on Customer requirements and bridging with the technical team to achieve the same. I get to work with the Product Owner and country heads closely and its a great learning experience.

Company should be renamed as Teluguwave instead of Techwave.Completely Telugu biased company.Everyday in 40 mins internal call they will discuss all business related and personal things by egoistic lead and Scrummaster in Telugu knowing that one member does not understand it,they will humiliate you since you do not know Telugu.I will caution North Indian to join this company.
