One of the very good organisation for freshers/beginner specially for hardware design role

Dislikes

Compensation and flexibility to do WFH isn't that good as compared to Big MNCs. As a hardware design role u don't have option to choose WFH.

Good work environment and little to no politics on junior roles. Good to learn if you are interested in wireless or wireline. Also very secure job.

Dislikes

Now hikes are low and the field as a whole has seemed to stagnated, here also you won't have a lot of growth.
