Partiality from senior member or from reporting manager Every month there is a open job vacancy because lots of candidates left the job due to unethical culture Office + field work where you can't be able to maintain work and life balance No petrol allowance for field work Seniors are not supposed to take you your paid leave Unauthentic sales and 80-90% clients are unhappy with the service
