Managers supports employees who takes breaks with them. Bonus is distributed as per the position and not as per the work or potential. More emphasis on extra activities and participating in the fun activities organised by the team. Manipulation of the data presented to the stakeholders. Also trackers use for tracking daily activities are easily manipulated by manager's favourite employees and no concerns are raised for them. Awards and Recognitions are distributed as per favouritism and not as per the quality and efforts of the individual. Managers favourite employees gets cross trained in the activities but never perform that activities and on the basis of the term cross trained/ cross skilled they are promoted. Appraisal is on basis of relationship with the manager and not as per individuals performance throughout the year....Read More

Travelex is a highly professional organization to work for, I learnt key skills around foreign exchange management while working here. I enjoyed the learning experience that was provided by the different teams and knowledge from passengers crossing around the world I have worked for within this organization.

Dislikes

Travelex don’t actua promotes from within. It’s pretty much a dead end job and the hours given for overtime are so less. Perks aren’t that great or of any real benefit as most people don’t last for more than a year or 2 and move on.

It's a good MNC with great work culture. Rest depends on your projects and Manager's.

Dislikes

Fresher's need to serve one year on contract and After 1yr they get converted to full time. But in that 1yr you don't get much benefits.
