Less pay and benefits, Huge compensation disparity (person with 1 year of exp. can have the same salary as another one is getting at 11 years of experience for same role/responsibilities). Difficult to get promotion. Promotion only happens if you put down your resignation or if you're favourite of some leadership personal.

Almost everything except learning. Roles are not defined properly. Salary revisions will not happen. More visibility for NIT people only. Seniors are not considered. No outings. No hikes. Work culture is very bad.
