Inter departmental co ordination is Nil... commercial function needs to report to sales function both in HO as well as Branch office. HR Policy Hiring Process T&C are hidden and no HR training given.

Dislikes

No Commercial Policy. VP Commercial is shouldering Logistics due to which both function are not properly driven. SCM dept is also very poor.

Work Details

HR Hired me with some hidden policies which affected my CTC when asked for resolution, they told me that doors are open to walk away.
