Office Ambience is good. Management is not strict about In and out timings, they are flexible. Pay is good as per standards

Office Politics. Favoritism, Management is will not behave good if they want you to be out of the company. suddenly you will be in PIP for no reason so they can stop your Variable and then suddenly clear it. No recognition for IT Team. If anything wrong happens while solving the issue, Management will not backup instead held you a culprit.

I enjoyed the culture when getting inducted in Bangalore. However, Mumbai was a completely different scenario led by people who did not care about growth. I thought this would have been a company with an international outlook, but I was disappointed beyond belief.

Extremely toxic work culture. There is a lot of politics and if there are issues, the management refuses to address it. No career growth. They will try and hold you back and not even give incentives. POSH complaints are handled in a very casual manner, not a professional environment, especially the west region led management which in under the community director. This human actually goes around saying that only hospitality people should get the job and nobody else. HR has no voice here, there is nothing like confidentiality. They are not supporting anyone in the team, They just know one thing how to get the business into positive figures because of that they laying off a lot of people from last 6 month like me who were with them from day one in India during their difficult time and given up with everything to the company but when we needed back the same support from them they laid off us during the difficult time.
