The managers are not competent for work. But they shows like they are working only. They think Their subordinates are fool who work under them. If someone goes to their managers for any kind of solution managers says do by yourself by any how otherwise I will fire you. Managers and plant head threaten their subordinates that if you will take leave then you will get fired. There is strict rules you can't take leave even in emergency also. Plant head thinks worker are fool and he takes advantage of the helplessness of the workers....Read More
