Not so bad work environment. It depends upon project.

Dislikes

They will make you quit if they do not have any project and ruin your carrier. Or they will assign you a project where you have to work for extremely long hours, and only 1 person will work per project including support US client at mid night, they will also ask for working on weekends(you cannot reject this) and holiday but they will pay the basic(they will ask you in start only by saying wether you are married and have responsibilities...) and when you say no they will make you leave saying you are not suitable for any project. Rest everything is good....Read More

The team is excellent and helping and very welcoming in nature though there are politics brewing in the higher management

Dislikes

The way I got treated on work basis is a purely use and throw. They took me up for a project and wanted me to join immediately and when I worked to my full potential and gave them 100 percent still they didn't stand by me and supported the client which Is actually unfair as for any people's organisation that they promised it to be.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, to get promotion or even be considered for promotion work 16hrs, hire and fire culture. Dont be fooled by people first and all crap. It's just another IT company which will make you work as long as the client wants. For extra work will be rewarded with peanuts. Corporate politics is an actual thing.
