From day one, I was expected to perform at the level of someone with 2-3 years of experience, without proper training or realistic timelines. Constant pressure from management, including threats to zero growth if I didn’t meet unfair expectations. Overtime is expected daily, but when claimed , managers say your 12-15 hours of work was just “9 hours” and ask you to remove the extra hours. After refusing unpaid extra work, I was told I wouldn’t be promoted and that my role might not exist after a major business decision ocurring soon. The team environment is equally discouraging, colleagues are unhelpful, and instead of supporting new joiners, they focus on pointing out mistakes in front of management. Many seem to be holding on to their roles with minimal skills, and to protect their jobs, they try to appear indispensable by throwing new employees under the bus in front of management....Read More

1. Bad work life balance 2. Toxic culture created by mid management (Managers, Leads, Associates) 3. Lot of unethical things are unnoticed even after escalation. 4. Kind of a ruling culture by authorities (mid senior level) not a collaborative and appreciative culture. 5. Senior leaders are focused on individual growths instead of team growth. 6. Deliberate micro management for creating unnecessary pressure on individual if a person doesn't butter the leads and at the end the honest and hardworking employee has to leave the organisation because of mental pressure. WSP as an organisation is good but few of the teams are very toxic because of some of the leaders. No Team bonding. A few managements trying to show their own magic and running the culture, here one group can get an increment of 20% and other groups can get as low as 3% Hybrid policy is also not properly followed by those managements and they compelling their team to come to office everyday.
