Work culture is good. Perfect company to start your career with. Compensation is also fair.

Dislikes

Learning opportunities are limited to Insurance sector only. Otherwise everything was good. Slow growth in terms of compensation although promotions are too good.

I worked there for 3.5 years and it was overall a nice experience. I left Xceedance as a Senior Analyst. I was responding for analysing risk for all healthcare companies in US.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Only high hierarchy people are earning rest eveyone is struggling. No trainings and No sop have been made and expecting high from new people. No job security, no bench, and nothing they think about security.

The company is not employee centered working here means you don’t have any personal life and managers don’t have any power in hand for every thing they consult with higher management and work more likely a chaplus in literal words

So one should be perfect so there is nothing major that need to be highlight.

I must say that if you really want to balance your personal life with work then you should go for Xceedance, as per my experience i enjoyed my personal life and the environment i get in my office that is too familiar and comfortable.
