Nothing to like, no job security in xoriant.they don't have long term projects still hiring new people. not recommended to anyone you will spoil your career in xoriant

Bench policy, they just hire and fire you anytime inspite you worked upon many projects if you complete 60 days on bench management will force you to resign.
