Job security is really good. Work culture is close to govt style work. Mostly teams work in their own silos and don't know about any developments about employee.

Dislikes

Management does not appreciate work or relationship developed. Trainings are compulsory and exhaustive but you will have to complete them out of office hours (so no family time) and if not done you will loose at the time of appraisal. My manager did not help me sort out normal administrative issues and I was on my own to fight the battle. Only promises at the time of appraisal. Poor compensation.

Their Medical insurance policy is great, great Campus.

Well there are two sections here in Zensar IT part and the other one is the BPM part...We are talking here about BPM part..... No appraisal since last two years, not any.. recreational activities by the HR, shift timing are not fixed.... You login at same time daily but logout time is always different. 12 hour shift is a normal thing to me now, about leaves Zensar offers 30 leaves in a Year WOW!!!!! 12SL and 18PL but never gives a chance to take it, I was just allowed to 4-5 leaves in a year. That's terrible, work life balance is 0, about work pressure number of buffers are so less that even a leave taken by an advisor hampers the rest of the team with work load. Well when you think of resigning from your current role guess what you have a notice period of 3 months....Read More

I always feel taken care of in the company, especially during the past two years during COVID as they Offred flexible leave policies and organized vaccination drives for us. I feel that it is employee centric and help us with our professional and personal needs. Zensar technologies projects have been good, and most of them involve using new technologies and software. When i joined, the work was hectic for the past 7-8 months. A few of my team mates and i spoke to our manager about this and he helped us sort out of this issue. I feel the work life balance has gotten much better since then.
