It was very good organisation few years back due to team work and joint efforts but post change of management it is becoming worst and worst.

Dislikes

There is a list of dislikes: - Policies are not employee friendly - Management is clueless about vision and goals - Frequently change in Policies - Most of the projects are running losses - Revenue is padded with employees variable pay and some other tricks - Resource sent on TOSS if non billable for 45 days - No planning in hiring which trouble newly joined resources and sometime result in TOSS after joining - TOSS is temporary off scheme without pay...Read More
