Company is good. But senior employees also put their work on the hands of employees below them. Which will not be told to you at the time of joining the job. It is a 24 hour job. If there is any problem with the customer then it is up to you to understand. If the police comes, go to the police station yourself. No senior employee will even come to ask. There is nothing in the name of growth. 5to6 Working in the same position since. If asked for salary increment, leave the job but you will not get the increment. As long as you understand the people of a PG, you will be able to build your relationship. By then the plan to send you to another place would be ready.
