The promotion cycle needs to be further segregated or reduced as an encouragement piece. People feel like they are not climbing the ladder and find themselves less motivated. Please make the work from Office voluntary. Today employees are demanding freedom of choice and restricting them is only gonna make the iteration rates higher.Companies like ours need the employees who stay here for a long time to preserve the ZS way and due to the iteration rate, we lose an important treasure of ours....Read More
