In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. ...ou , and nobody interferes in your work or stop you from doing excellent things. Salary is fair as per market standards.

Dislikes

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.

I f you are interested in the field then the job comes with immense satisfaction as you have a chance to see practical application of things you learn in college.
