In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. Accomodation near to plant, which reduce travel After work.

Dislikes

Only work , no week off, no compensation on Week off duty, No respect, Poor Quality, Safety show-off. No control on Local Manpower, Local drivers and Villegers violating plant inside traffic rule.

...ure is not good. Zero planning work place. Partiallity with employees is seen. Great difference between salary of employees at same level, junior & senior also. No trust, no transparency . Useless policies made by someone to save his own job.
