The strength factor is their weakness.. after 1yr they will torture you that extent you'll leave the organisation by self. Specially the Odisha cluster is dominated solely by one person who was once Store manager in the same cluster. His ego is extent to other level. He can't tolerate any management trainee. The cluster is only filled by his favourite people starting from Fashion assistant to Department Manager as well as store Manager There is no safety at all.Your working shift can be changed at any time. You will be dragged to unnecessary matters and will ask you to complaint on written upon the person who they want to remove from organisation Even if you arise any safety concern they will completely ignore and not take any action They can humiliate the manager in front of their subordinates Only Saksham staff who are experienced they are the most favourite people. The current dominating person ABM only prefer saksham staffs over good management trainee as they are the burden and high cost manpower

All the operational aspects are quite strong compared to other Retail brands in the Market. To create a base in this retail industry ABFRL is the best company to start off with.

ABFRL doesn't pay you much compared to other brands, but the internal growth process is too good.

Skill learning is high in the organization. Organization has strict policies adherence

Dislikes

...2th and above, they are permanent. They dont give benefits to apprentice at all. No incentives no bonus no gifts. It doesnt feel good to be an apprentince in the company, and its a personal experience.
