Nilakantan R.S., who leads the Data Science department, is arrogant, abusive, and openly disrespectful during stand-up calls. His behavior has been reported to HR multiple times, but no action has ever been taken — it's as if HR doesn’t exist here. Many team members have left due to the toxic environment he creates. Never seen a such kind of bad person ever in my career. He puts the bad rating at the increment time to take the Revenge if you do argument to him. Don't join his team otherwise you will be writing the same one day as me. Join some other teams as company is good.

Whole system is fake .They first Hire employee at Different salary and the middle ZM took half salaary out of that ..and says haven't completed your task even In First' months..No salary for Training even also..Sucks
