The increment ratio is very less Freshers are getting lower salary only HR Policies needs to improve Salary increase once in a year, but employees getting increment 2k to 3k. Additionally to get a increment employees must have to complete one year anniversary in the company. Otherwise you will get increment in next year only. But even though the increment % is very very less. Sometimes boss behave like master. Extra time work, weekend support every pressure situations are there here too. You have to attend so many meetings if you are in a Java Team or dot.net team. Minimum 3 in a day. Maximum 4 to 5. That's frustrating because no time to work. You can work 1 year like this company. After that better you can jump to top MNC's.

Flexible timing but you need to support on Weekends too. Modern-day slavery. Especially the PM words are too hard to digest.

Dislikes

Job Security, Salary is too low compared to market. There won't be any learning phase you need to work on multiple projects and you need to shift from one technology to another suddenly.

The work culture is negative due to pressure to work on extended hours and days , Chaotic Management, No HR department or policies No training or indus programs Employees were treated very badly

To be honest totally waste of time being in this organisation and managers won’t treat us with basic respect also there only prime motive is money and there don’t even care about the employee and employee problems also there won’t provide any proper travel benefits and travel reimbursement as well managers even sometimes use bad way to get the stuffs done also no proper team building peoples are not requested to work in this better don’t even think about joining
