The recruiters and other departments members are friendly and very supportive.

Dislikes

They don't provide cab facility for men. Very low budget on the salary. No appraisal, ( they set a criteria for appraisal which is impossible to achive (60 interviews in an year, don't want to get started on the offers). They promote their friends. Thry highly micromanage you. They will have data of each and every click you do in thier laptops provided.

Likes

The bottom level employees are nice. The office infrastructure is good. Cab facilities

Dislikes

The company has more “Director” level employees whose only job is to screen resumes who are well paid and try to exercise their newly achieved director position by screening and disqualifying candidates submitted by hardworking recruiters. Technically this is a small organisation which has more senior managers and directors whose only job is candidate screening. The recruiters are made work hard and are heavily micromanaged by these managers and directors. Salaries paid are below industry standards. Sloppy clients and poor sales teams.
