Sick and emergency leaves can also be availed, management supports in many ways if an employee is in emergency. 6) Team outings, fun activities, walkathon (which is like evening walk around the zone) on fridays, daily 15 mins physical exercise is mandated for stress relieving etc. 7) Last but not the least, best place to work if an individual is dedicated, ambitious, disciplined, hard working, dependable and at the same time fun loving.

There is no dislike as such here. Suppose today one instance I felt i don't like this, this is not good thing, shortly after the instance I see, that part is getting rectified without me even complaining, which shows management and HR is always thriving to make a better place. Its not a stagnant place, constantly improving and consistently growing.

Beyond 9 hours working. Buttering seniors being a must. No appreciation for being from a premier Institute like IIT or IIM. Most seniors having education qualifications unworthy of being in that rank.
