Dislikes

Work-life balance is terrible, Saturday is officially working but there is work on Sundays as well. Before and post-work hours there are calls and messages that employees need to attend to, and there is no lunch break.

Only one good point is that There is some work life balance, they don't ask to you work for Sunday's.

Dislikes

There is no career growth, no compensation/benefits, Saturday is also working, very cruel incentive policy. A he'll lot of managerial issues and basically you cannot gain knowledge working here. They just care about how many resumes you have sourced, irrelevant of the fact whether you have understood the requirement or not. And lastly notice period is 60 days which is non negotiable.

If you are looking for money so salary is good but you have capable to fulfill the target.

Company space is not good and your job will not secure if you are not providing benefits to company they will release without giving any information.

...a lot .at the same time they will impact the target from first day of joining. Pay salary on usually between 13 to 18 th day of month .incentives are sometimes that is just to show . Once you get the incentive (quarterly ) after getting the incentive you have to stay in the organisation for 6 more months otherwise they will ask back for the money .notice period is 2 months .if you are a bad performer they will release you soon.

ANRI has good client base associated with it. It hires for reputed industry and big 4 clients. Hiring for these big brands is quite challenging since we can't afford to compromise on quality of work. If one learns to hire for such challenging positions they can garner immense learning in the field of recruitment in future. You can handle recruitment anywhere if you manage to survive in ANRI which is quite tough and challenging.

...ricity back up in case of power cut. The company has no proper appraisal system. The salary is not provided on time. At the time of interview they mention the salary will be rolled out between 10th to 15th of the month but it actually comes on 20th or even after that. You cannot put down your papers in next 6 months if you claim your incentives earned for past performance. If the manager does not want you to leave the organization and if you still decide to serve notice period they threaten to give a negative feedback on reference check in the employees next job offer. The work pressure too high to stand. Mostly it affects employees mental and physical health adversely. There usually stretched working hours. They may even call on sundays as per company's requirement. Only 15 casual leaves in a year and no other holidays apart from holi, diwali, independence and republic day gazatted holidays. You can't avail your casual leaves also just like that. They need every minute detail as to why you want to take a leave and unless it sounds really important or critical it will be unapproved. one unapproved leave results in 2 day pay loss and 2 unapproved leave results in 4 day pay loss and so on. Politics and favoritism is a part of company's cultural setup. All employees are not treated equal and rules differ from employee to employee. ANRI has blocked access to salary slips on their HR portal which is usually very easily accessible in other companies, so that employees cannot look for better opportunity outside. They got the concept of employee retention all wrong and through all regressive methods. There are many more issues but cannot be explained clearly through text.
