I don't like anything in their. Only salary was good. But other things are very disgusting. No one care about you .

Bad management, no promotion, no hike, everyone doing their own way no proper procedure for any process. People frustrated their no personal life

Initial pay is good but even that they negotiate and make it look like they are paying more

A good Team management is the key to many things like work-life balance, liking your job, your colleagues, etc. It is very poor here.

...y policy, they never think about what your past experience like other companies. If you have capability and managing skills they will hire your with good salary. 2) other companies always focus past experience with same industry. But this one is unique.if you have skil they hire you. 3) work life balance is good 4) Management always encourage the new initiatives 5) even normal degree people also get high position here. so the company recognised the talent not professional degree. 7)free Transport, meal coupon and medical premium.

Hike and bonus Layoff is common among all industry. If you work hard your job is secured

Some teams / don't have much work and you can get work life balance.

Dislikes

Mostly teams have micro management, No job security, no increament and bonus especially if you are on target, pathetic management in some teams/ department. You have to go to office daily to your designated office no matter you are alone in office from that location (you will be alone in entire office from your department but you have to do WFO) with no reason.

Likes

I love the work culture at Apex. People here treat everyone equally and fairly. You get a lot to learn from people around you and the management will not limit you to anything specific. The top leaders encourage people to learn and skill up.

Dislikes

...n create constraints sometimes and they care little about employee satisfaction. The Bonus and appraisals can be a lot better as there is a pay disparity amongst peers which is disappointing.
