> Very old school culture > HR are very rude. They dont hear any problems. They come in picture only during hiring and exit > Poor Work-Life balance. People at top are only concerned about growth so that they can continue getting their pay and other hefty benefits, while rest of the team is constantly forced to work overnight for presentations in the morning > Not a safe place if you are looking for some mental health

There is rampant firing in Apollo 247. And its understandable if there is cash crunch in the company. But there is a lot of cash help from Apollo Hospitals, still they are firing. And they are not firing senior level employees. They are firing the low level employees, to hide the incompetencies of the manager's work

Don't go for the brand, except for a few people there is zero contact with the Apollo main Brand. Culture is fake, Hire and Fire is rampant and kept under the rugs to hide the shortcomings of leadership Priorities change everyday, Some Product Leads and Heads pressure you to validate their high pay with zero contribution expecting juniors to take up all the slack through heavy micromanagement
