Same there is some politics and salary is decent but career growth is average there is bond for 2.5 but actual bond is 3 year which i cannot resign in same time

...g when it is time to pay, their behaviour and Policies changes person to person. If you are getting revised salary your performance appraisal date will get delayed. And even on that appraisal date it will not happen. E.g. in offer letter your appraisal date is 01 JULY 2021, and you get revised offer letter your appraisal date will change to 01 Oct 2021. HR Team will not start your appraisal process by 01 Oct 2021 which will lead to appraisal near around December. After getting appraisal your next appraisal cycle will change to March 2023 instead of October 2022. As soon as you resign, company's behavior will change for you. Exit formalities are worst. We have to remind HR Team to do their task properly. HR Team should learn to recognize their employees.

Worst company. After got selected they were not able to pay expected salary, then they spread a message that your profile is not matched as per our requirement. If you can join in your current pakage then we are ready to go further process.

...policies and totally designed in favour of employer For fresher it is a trap (2.5 yrs of bond) HR doesn't have any power they are under control of managers If you are on notice period and you took leave they will make it loss of pay and will increase your notice period. They have a project of client transunion which is totally hell for employees, no work Life balance tons of work load no appreciation.

1. Nothing to like, TBH. 2. A handful of managers really think about you & encourage you to reach the pinnacle of success! 3. New cafeteria section in the B wing! 4. Washrooms in B wing! 5. Post-employment, on the first day, HRs take you for lunch at nearby restaurants claiming it as a Treat! That's all!

1. Constant vigilance of seniors & managers on employees, micro-management. 2. Salary in bits & crumbs for honest employees, same with appraisals. 3. High salaries are paid to employees who just keep buttering up the seniors & managers, same with appraisals. 4. Delay in giving appraisals & clearing arrears. 5. Bonds for freshers, the company threatens to sue/uphold appraisal amount/demand bond amount if breaking the bond! 6. If you don't stay in the company after your appraisal is done, the whole appraisal amount is taken back by the company in FNF settlement, leaving you empty-handed. 7. If someone wishes to change their projects/domains due to certain issues, it's not allowed/you have to literally beg them! 8. Employees when deployed to clients are sent with fake/exaggerated experience even when the employee is a fresher! 9. Employee's educational & important documents are confiscated when employed. 10. So many hirings are conducted, resulting in many employees on the bench! 11. No company outings/wellness provided; physical-mental health balance is disturbed. 12. Employees have to come/work on Saturdays even if there's no work, just fill in timesheets! 13. Personal gossip is foremost enjoyed & entertained ravishingly here. 14. HRs, Head of HR Dept, the whole HR dept is just for name, no serious work! 15. Situated in Ghatkopar(W) of Mumbai, reaching there is a serious workaround in the peak hours, traffic is hell on earth. 16. No variable pays, no TA/DA, no Diwali bonus, and no Hindu holidays considered, when asked for leave for Hindu holidays - 100 questions are asked. 17. It doesn't matter if you have been in the project for 5 years or 10 years or are an outstanding performer, you are not eligible for any kind of special appraisal if you're not close to or buttering all the seniors till higher management. 18. Frequent changes in HR policies, as & when they feel like! I believe most of the above-mentioned points are similar in every Indian company. Sadly, AQM does it quite worse.
