No proper road map to handle the clients, special clover transition managers and uper management thinks that North Indian clients and North Indian hired staff are fool, they think they can make fool to North Indian hired people. Lot of lies commitment to them, only client specific not employees orintened company,
During new project transition they feel lot of scared to new North Indian employees hence employees lost there confidence, all meeting with employees happen after 6:30 pm always with mandatory to join the meeting, worst lagaunga they use while making communication with employees, most important feedback about new projects, they used skills as per maharastra terminology while got project in North India like delhi ncr. They think same terminology will work in North Indian, mostly delhi ncr communication needs to be sweetly handle but they use worst types communication as per maharastra language and techniques hence result opposite. No one will pay you overtime or overnight expanse. Poor management, don't know to whom needs to be make a reporting manager, they believe to hire older employees who employed at previous project runner company and makes them as reporting of talented people hence person ego issue came up and stability of employees effect. No support for illness and work from home.
