Manager driven company Full politics No empathy Sr. Manager HR belonging non HR backgrounds takes pathetic decisions for employees. No employee job satisfaction No internal parity Lots of issues internally but only good things showing upside. Waste of money under the name of expansion. All machineries are just left over in corner of plant without useless that too worth of Crores and crores. Simple loss. Rigid work culture So much toxicity

1)Promotion delay 2)Manager are not supportive 3)They do the hiring process at high salary package but at the time of selection they decrease salary of the employee in the offer letter and candidate had no option to join at low salary

There is no job sequrity. If you fail in one month or if dealer not satisfied for your work you will be terminated for sure . No one for you to provide good training

Favourism, promotion to female staff, worst work culture, people are afraid of working, 2 low ratings means u are out of this company. No ex employee will recommend any colleagues here.some person are not promoted for long time.

Money at the end of the day is the only motivation to work but my company did not pay me since last three months due to a simple mistake that I missed to fetch my hotel bills on their portal as I was not aware of how to do it as I was new hence training and development in office is very poor

Your senior managers would force the hell out of you to bring in business or else would criticize you infront of everyone in office or else will force you to resign
