Company is very good to work respectively for salary growth and Bajaj also having auto pramotion grade and salary wise. There is job security also , very good support is provided by the company for target achievement . I feeling very much lucky for the things that Bajaj is my starting company. From that company i learn a lot and that's will help me throughout my career. For sure if I get chance in future I will never lose that.

Dislikes

Here very much difficult to maintain work life balance. There is routine for stretch work hours for the target completion. But still very good company. Also very less holiday due to the heavy work pressure. It is very good company to establish career with top nbfc of India. It's a brand.

Salary, incentives is good. Job security is great.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. No work life balance. Any fault will be the employee's fault and no support from senior management. Too much work in this department without any manpower requirement.

...s pressurized in night for insurance They don't follow any lunch time rules ... As per pressure disburse the loan if some mishappen, and customer deny to pay then its cashier responsibility for recovery of that loan Many more to tell like their slave type salaried structures they make the CTC OF 30-40% ARE AS FIXED VARIABLE INCENTIVE thats a big loss for us, when we apply somewhere they ask the main ctc thats too low , when we done something wrong while doing task they cut the incentive which are a false part of CTC.

Salary will be high and 25% of variable pay will assigned in that 100% will be given for sure.

Dislikes

1) 0% or (-0%) worklife balance. 2) Micromanagement. 3) 5 days office with alternate saturdays as it is a banking sector. 4) Unrealistic Deadlines as it is their own product no one cares. 5) Their designation structure is different no where in the outer world it's relevant. 6) Toxic Culture. 7) Forget Sleep, health and family. Guys these above mentioned points true to the core of my heart. I am not lying !

People who have been working for yrs like Govt employee and think they own the company and in a away they do so by manipulating the HR. even the highest level of HR dont take any action against any complaint filled by female employee, irony being most of the HR in Bajaj are female
