Plant Head and HR manager are the worst i ever seen in my carrier. They alter the company polices to their convenience without taking the consent from the employees and harassing mentally . HR manager is poppet of Plant head. They sold the company and about to handover to them from 1st Feb 2025 still there is no information to the employees. They are not giving incentives to the employees who served from beginning of the company. After seeing this one should not work with US MNC's they just make money and take tax benefits from the government later they selloff. Government should take necessary steps to control such scams.

Ball as an organisation globally is very good

Ball aerosol ahmedabad plant work culture is very traumatic. HR department, specially HR manager is very unprofessional, poor communication, worst behaviour and is mentally harassing the team mates. Earlier also 2 HR complained about him but no actions were taken and at last they were forced to leave the organisation. Plant Head also knows about the situation but is silent as he is also same. Doesn't care about employees and don’t speak a single word to HR manager has he acts as his puppet. Would not recommend to join in HR department. Before joining please connect to few ex employees and take feedback.

Very worst management, company is not professional at all. Top management is not giving any communication to employees and sold organization. Very unethical business doing. Don't work with Ball group in India in other business division also.

India plant is nothing to say much apart from dirty politics, those who are not able to manage operations sit at the positions wrong/worst choice, but the rest of the places were good in terms of policies

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.
