Managing Director trust only chemist's not for manager's he has doesn't have knowledge first Also most 8years completed till it's not developed. Salaries not given timely. Md produced only 50%pure remaining he mixed crops and previous batches Very horrible with md.

Worst work experience. No carrier growth. Management recruite a manager, but not recruite no other middle management and lower candidates, they want 10 pwrsons work from manager including bench work. Carrier 100% spoil. No job security. Management given respect to security than employees. It is very shame. But we have to invest our efforts and hard work and it has to be useful to company. If anybody spoil their carrier Basis Laboratories is a suitable flatform.
