No job security Toxin atmosphere Salary delay Expenses delay Stocks are not getting connected Ba salaries not ontime No worklife balance HR will call you and will tell you to resign. If you denied they will transfer you where ever they want purposefully. They will tell you investor fund is coming. We don't have any financial issues. It's is not true. Don't ever trust.

Since work is more and the team is small you get to wear different hats and learn a lot.

...have required skills, process and product knowledge. - Long hours of working. - No perks and benefits, low salary. - All your problems will be resolved only by your supervisor, no hr interventions so you gotta try your best to have a good relationship with them.

Best thing here is nobody condemns you for making errors, instead they give you opportunity to learn from them and move forward.

Friendly and very good cultural as I got so many facilities in terms of medical urgency and others from this company as I was there from starting time. I have given my all to this company and got double return from there. There have no dislike to tell anybody. Its my luck that I have worked with this company for 3 years and my fabulous experience with my last RM, he is a great leader. He came to us and we found us more enjoyable with our double work effectively. Highly recommended.

Dislikes

I have nothing to tell about dislike but as a least HR have to grow themselves. They should not act over and above any Senior employees argument, they should realise feel and post that work on any discussion against any employees. Rest all are awesome.
