In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I enjoy working at Bhandari Automobile because the work culture is great. We receive our salary and incentives on time. All the departments are very helpful. The owner personally teaches us how to improve our work and get better results. Everyone is happy working here.
