Work-life balance, promotion process, way of treating employees are worst and no equality mindsets. No transparence with employees regarding the company policy. Demand to accept on any policy clause changes while providing an increment. If you don't accept, they will hold increment. There are somany reasons to avoid this company.

BIESSE MANUFACTURING is my first company I started working here and I found the familiar background here. Noone is showing I m seniors ur junior or u r housekeeping person... nd company is taking care ourselves very much during covid doing covid test time to time, health checkup... etc

Everywhere some negative points is there we have to not focus on that we have to change that with our positive mindset.
