Even it’s a private hospital but you can learn a lot via great exposure as patient flow is too much. Enough supplies to improve your skills Supportive team members Time hours flexible though vary team to team Great food for lunch and dinner Have power to make decisions at RMO level, vary team to team Lot to develop skills like patient diagnosis, procedural skills, communication skills and many more.

Less salary More work Paid meal Expensive self treatment even though it’s 50% off but it’s expensive for staff Floor wise distribution departments not there so have to constantly move up and down no stairs for every patient call over 7 floors , this is the worst thing Staff nurses are new and mostly from south and north east, leading lot of work delay and work efficiency.
