Is working here for more than 4.5 years and the company was like good culture till first two years and then suddenly work pressure increased exponentially. Good Perks as per manager bands.

...mpetitor and don't have ideas of there own. Lagging in terms of process in work. Huge salary deductions done in pandemic which raised a doubt upon 75 year OLD organisation stability. Very biased, political and favouritism is observed within team and new joiners are taken lightly. Very bad work office environment. You have to take all responsibilities right from arranging house keeping person to finding and training vendor. The dedicated people are not there for admin and purchase related work. Technical person need to involve in all the task and followups of non technical work.

...ome personal reasons,i stopped my job...i informed my ASM before 2 months ....salary will be credited in tcorrect date in everymonth .. from my 1st day to the last day of stopping the job,i was very happy and proud ... i was happy in my job .I got an excellent work experience from bluestar.... pne message i would like to share is job is excellent, and always our comfort and happiness will be according to the outlet,counter nd persons who works with us😊

...t. The senior most HR is also same where no one respects the off role employees. Even the salary part is very limited for off role as compared to on role. Infact work is done by off role employees and credit goes to on role employees with incentives or bonus.

Company work culture is worst condition. Salary is very poor. Seniors, managers are very rude and too much office politics. Most importantly, no work life balance . Until and unless you are on the work in 24 hrs, listening slang language from management, then it is wok, other wise, too tough to survive in the job. You will be forced to resignation.

Company take hard step to evaluate boss harassment complaint from down the line, Low salary if you are working for long time new joined salary more or less from their boss salary.. No HR involvement for salary correction while promotion or grade change
