The facilities used to be quite good, but recently there have been noticeable cutbacks in the name of cost-cutting. Food and accommodation were good.

Dislikes

1. The worst management I have ever seen. 2. Unnecessary work pressure 😞. 3. The layoff culture is quite horrible (someday, you will find your name in their so-called list) 4. The managerial-level people don't even have manners, how to talk with the freshers ( the only reason for my resignation) 5. No social life...and after spending some months, you will feel like you are in prison. 6. You are not allowed to step outside the premises without FGM's permission, which can feel pretty restrictive. life here mostly revolves round a 9-to-5 routine.

Food and living facilities at the site are good

...lly make employees feel left out. No support from company after the resignation. Biased management for promotion, bonus, ratings and appreciation of work. Highest rate of resignations due to the same.

Team and technical exposure are good you get big responsibilities at earlier stage in career.

Dislikes

Poor compensation, no job security, HR driven company, policies changing in mid of year and taking negative decisions in organisation on policies which are for employees benefits

Salary and perks are very good with regular wellness activities and diverse learning opportunities For a fresher who is starting his/her career definitely cairn will be a good job for his/her learning and it will be a boost start.

Dislikes

Growth is slow and work life balance is poor for technical on field employees.

It is good job for me and my family.but sometimes salary releted issue like as late payment deduction etc.and no time management.
