...ther MNC’s though it is on holiday they will process it on next month first day. Continuously facing issue with salary delay. When month end falls on Saturday they will not process the salary on Friday(working day)

They offer good jump in salary when u join them from any other organization. The salary is credited in time and they have there own portal from where u can download all months salary slips, experience certificate and Form 16. The company main campus of Greater Noida is World Class it's very beautiful with every facilities inside the campus like free gym, swimming pools etc.

If u r offered a good salary then possibly u will be mapped to a very challenging project and directly work will be assigned to u without any project KT or training. I worked in a Mule Project where we developed as per the technical design doc given to us by Architect but it was full of fault and incomplete details and to my surprise my manager never told architects to correct the doc all he did was yelling on me that why dev work is still pending U get very less client interviews opportunity. and they have mostly old legacy projects If u can't find any project in 2 months of bench period they will force u to resign

Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity.
