...t was only after joining I realised what the work burden looked like over there. There is no work life balance & these people expect you to work on Sundays & that too on minimal salary. They said that it was a permanent wfh job, but they would expect you to come to the office twice a week.

...there, I wasn't sitting empty handed. I wrote for them & was learning processes. On asking the HR, "Nalini" who constantly kept on postponing the months in which I would receive my amount she said " It's only an 8 day salary, what's the big deal?" On consistently approaching her she says "Humari company mei toh process itna hi slow hai". On top of that she has no etiquettes and talks rudely and without any context. Till this date I haven't received my money. Please do not enter a company like such. The higher authorities are here to exploit their employees.

If there is any other word that is worse than worst, even that will not be enough about this organisation. No respect, no salary. Meaningless deductions. Office politics and much more

They dont have money. They dont pay their employees and ex employees. My FNF is pending since 140 days. HR are so in attitude that they dont care about anyone's emergency. Specially Nalini Vatsa, Kavita Azad and Sushmita are so negligent about employee's well being that they block their contact. If you want to live a peaceful life, dont join is organisation.

work life balance, leaves on holiday if there is peak season then comp off, main thing is salary nia credited always in 1st day of month, best opportunity to working with Best growing Ed tech company. Promotion, increment is also getting by performance. 2 days Saturday Sunday off in off season.. everyone is very friendly even Island owner too much friendly and really down to earth person.

...life balance. You have be available always, cannot plan anything for the family. Salary is too less. No increment in last 2years. No job security is there. Even the oldest persons and senior management is being sacked any day instantly. No incentives are given as promised from last one year. Company culture is going down everyday.
