In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. There is nothing to like about company. It's like a very small company who got sudden authentication or taken over by MNC.

Dislikes

... won't even settle F & F in 60 days also. Non responsive and unauthentic people. No promotion or salary hike upto mark. It's like a nightmare. Most of the things being stolen from CBRE format.
