My experience with Concentrix has been excellent. One of the best aspects of working here is that no one is ever forced to extend their shift. In fact, the management clearly communicates that once your shift is over, you are free to leave—no pressure at all. The leadership, including the directors, is genuinely motivating and provides real-time opportunities for employees to grow both personally and professionally. The company policy is simple yet effective: Come on time, go on time. Even in cases where you are occasionally late, the management handles it with understanding and never creates unnecessary pressure. Overall, Concentrix fosters a positive and supportive work environment that encourages growth and work-life balance.

Dislikes

The only area I believe could be improved is the salary structure. If the company enhances the compensation package, it would encourage employees to stay longer without considering a switch. This, in turn, would boost employee satisfaction and overall productivity.

Nothing only some employees and one thing that the salary that they are providing are always on time this is only the good thing about company

There is so much politics between the tl and the managers, they are not treating everyone equally they are very biased . They are not even take stand against baisedness and there behaviour are not good .

Salary & Shift: Fresher Salary: Around ₹18,000/month PF Deduction: ~₹1,600 (in-hand salary is lower) For Experienced Max In-hand 28000 Shift: 9.5 hours 8. The Only Positive: The communication trainer was genuinely supportive and professional. Probably the only bright spot in this experience. Final Thoughts: This is my humble and honest request do not join this organization if you value professionalism, fairness, and career growth. There are better opportunities out there.

I am on notice period in this company.. Working at concentrix I would like to tell work balance is amazing and staff is all good to support u at every situation quality session and trainings will be provided every there will be small brefieng. Usually u will love to work in this company.
